Check Out The Fireworks Extravaganza

The Fourth of July is only a couple days away, which means that right now is the perfect time to find a local event that the whole family can enjoy together! After putting up your favorite red, white and blue decorations, make sure to check out the Fireworks Extravaganza at Almansor Park!

The fun, family friendly event will kick off at 2 p.m. with a carnival, which will include family activities, food vendors, carnival games, and plenty of entertainment. The carnival is also the perfect time to stake out your space on the lawn for the fireworks show!

Live musical entertainment by The Suffragettes will start at 7:30 p.m. to get the crowd ready for the fireworks show at 9 p.m. Make sure to leave your own fireworks at home, since the only fireworks allowed at the Extravaganza will be the ones that will be set off by professionals. Also, make sure to leave your furry friends at home so that they do not get scared from the loud noises.
